I have checked BTI Agency's website as well as certification, which
convinced me that they are an official recruitment agency. I have phoned
them asking about the offer. The consultant gave me all information needed,
checked my English level and asked about my qualifications and experience.
The next was to send my cv in English and previous employment documents
copies. After few days I got a call that an English employer was interested
in my details.
Following that, I visited BTI's office where I have had to show the
originals of documents, medical certificate and non-criminal record. I was
finally qualified and after two weeks I have got official confirmation and
an invitation from the employer. I spent the next two weeks preparing for the journey. On
Cardiff Station I was greeted by one of my future employer's staff, who
directed me to my accommodation address which was already waiting for me.
The next day was my day off. On the second day in the morning I have
visited the company where I got more detailed instructions about my duties.
I am working as the main plant and machinery engineer in a poultry factory
and I am still having good contact and professional help from BTI agency."
