From the beginning BTI has been investing significant amount of money in advertising and that is why our applicants database amounts to a few thousand people and it is still growing day by day. The database allows us to find the desirable candidates according to precisely defined criteria easily. In case our database does include a perfect match we make use of our marketing abilities, we locate candidates who meet employer's needs and encourage them to cooperation.

In the following steps of the recruitment process we verify the applicants and supplement information about them in accordance to the employer's requirements.

Additional information

In case of qualified employees it is necessary to obtain additional information about their experience and skills. For that purposes the candidates fill in special questionnaires which are specially designed for different professions. Owing to this the employer is able to assess the real usefulness of the candidate for his/her purposes.

Verification of references

To save both employer's time and money we verify the employees' references by calling the person who issued them and confirming the information enclosed in the provided documents.

Testing skills

Upon employer's request, we provide such services in order to verify candidate’s practical skills and to assess his level of experience.

Health and criminal record check

One very significant issue in our business is to obtain the information about the candidate's health and his/her past. Potential candidate should not have any criminal record and his/her health should be appropriate to perform the tasks assigned by the employer without any obstacles.

Translation of documents

All documents received by the employer are translated into English. Also, all correspondence and conversations are handled in English. Our sworn translators are for the employer's disposal.

Trip arrangements

When the candidates are selected and the employer decides to employ them it is our responsibility to arrange the candidates' trip. We discuss the appropriate date of the trip with both the employer and the employee; we choose the most suitable means of transport in order to enable the employee to start work on the exact date and time.

Successful completion of the recruitment process guarantees the employer that he/she is fully satisfied with the new valuable employee and the candidate that he starts work being prepared to perform the duties assigned to him/her in a new workplace.

Catering

We provide qualified cooks, waitresses, barmen, receptionists, housekeepers and management staff for restaurants, pubs and hotels both for huge networks and small family restaurants. When recruiting applicants for the gastronomic branch we pay special attention to their knowledge of English since it is necessary that they could communicate with tourists and local customers. Experienced applicants often provide references from workplaces within the European Union, e.g. cooks are obligated to supply us with a list of dishes they have prepared during their career.

Factories

The recruitment process for industrial plants requires specific and individually adopted methods of candidates search and selection. A practical test is the best way to verify the skills of low-rank employees since it allows us to make sure that the selected applicants are the suitable ones to carry out similar role in the new workplace. The high-rank personnel is required to present a full description of their responsibilities from the previous workplaces with references certifying the information to make sure they are useful in specific work environment. The knowledge of English is checked and assessed by our consultant.

Transport

The reality of road transport in Great Britain – driving on the left side of the road and the high traffic intensity - require professional selection of applicants for drivers. They must meet a number of conditions, most important of which are: previously gained experience in international transport and at least communicative knowledge of English. The drivers must demonstrate they have exact characteristics so that their employer is not afraid to make them responsible for transport of the multi-tonne or valuable freights.

Technical personnel

Highly qualified technical personnel, engineers are currently most requested by employers in Great Britain. What is essential by recruiting personnel such as CNC lathe operators or main machinery engineers is to obtain all possible details about their skills to operate technologically sophisticated machines and devices. For that purposes the applicants are obligated to fill in a detailed questionnaire which includes questions by specialists in a given field. Language knowledge should be so good to make it possible for the applicants to cooperate as a team member and to perform tasks based on detailed instructions.

We start the recruitment procedures when we get the employees requisition from the employer and the job specification is determined.
